Payment Policy: All rates are in Euros.

A security deposit is required for all furnished rentals.

The amount is individual for the different houses. At most of our holiday houses, the security deposit shall be paid to Provacances by credit card or cheque.

The deposit can be credited the client up to 14 days after the end of the rental period. If paid by cheque, the cheque will be returned 30 days after the end of the rental period. At some houses the security deposit shall be given to the owner or his representative when the tenant arrive at the holiday house, and shall be returned at the end of his stay in exchange for payment of charges, as well as any damages to the property. Any reservation of a furnished rental must be accompanied by a down payment on 25 % of the total cost + 4 % insurance of the equal amount. Payment per cheque or bank transfer or credit card. (VISA, Master Card or Euro Card. By foreign credit cards we charge extra 1,9 % of the amount. The balance due has to be paid to Provacances 6 weeks before the beginning of the rental. In the event of non-respect of this lapse of time, your hiring could automatically be cancelled without notice. Cancellation Policy: The cancellation/Illness insurance is 4 % of the total rental price and is obligatory. Payment shall be accompanied with the down payment.The insurance covers in case of death, acute illness, seriously accident, fire or burglary that hits the tenant or travel companion, the persons concerned wife, husband, children, brothers and sisters, or parents and shall by notified to Provacances latest at 12 pm on the day before the rentals beginning. If those conditions are fulfilled the total amount with a reduction of the 4 % insurance amount will be refunded to the tenant. Documentation for any cancellation (medical certificate etc.) shall be send to Provacances by registered mail within 48 hours of the beginning of the rental. Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.

The tenants shall notify Provacances or the owner of the exact date and the approximate time of his arrival.

In case of delay, notice shall be given to the owner. The tenant s shall return the holiday home in perfectly and clean condition. If this is not done, the tenant shall be billed the cost of repairs or cleaning. Eventually damages shall be notified to the owner or Provacances. At many rentals final cleaning can be ordered. If ordered, it is the tenant’s obligation to: tidy up the house, wash the dishes, empty the garbage bags, clean the refrigerator and owen and clean up during his stay. Final cleaning includes 2-8 hours cleaning, dependence of the house size. Any necessary cleaning besides this will be charged. At linen rental, all linen shall be left in the same room. At entering the rental, agreement the tenant declares that the tenants will not make any claims against Provacances and the owner, in case of personal damages on the property and the use of swimming pool. We hereby notice that supervision of the swimming pool is the tenant’s responsibility. The security deposit shall be returned after the rental period if the house is left in a proper an undamaged condition. The tenant’s responsibility for damages etc. is preserved even though it exceeds the amount for the paid security deposit.The tenant is liable for eventual theft, damage or loss of personal effects in case of failure or breakdown of any of the holiday homes installation, theft etc.
