Special features include ocean and fairway views, a spacious floor plan, 10’ ceilings, granite counter tops, Jacuzzi tubs, stainless steel appliances, gas cook top, air conditioning and more.

There is also a huge TV in the cozy living room with all American cable channels. The dining table can seat at least 8 people.

The unit has everything you need for eating in and entertaining, if that is your desire. Eat dinner on the porch, mix up a few margaritas, or cook the fish you caught that day. However, it is only a short walk to the Palmilla Tiendas for an array of high-end shops, cafes, restaurants and its own spa.

Of course, all the wonderful restaurants of "The One and Only Palmilla "are there for your convenience as well. The condo backs up to the 1st hole on the ocean course, so you have balconies that are great for viewing sunsets on the golf course, or sunrise on the front patio.
