First Floor - The Tower Bedroom A spacious and beautifully furnished Master Bedroom with its King Size French Provencial bed must be one of Byron’s most romantic bedrooms. It has its own luxurious doors opening to the extensive verandah overlooking native trees full of birdlife. Escape the world with a book and a cooling drink in the Tower Hideaway.
Ground Floor - Two Queen Size bedrooms overlook the private swimming pool, both with doors leading onto spacious decks. Each offer quality mattresses and bed linen plus overhead fans and built in wardrobes. There is a fully equipped laundry with quality appliances, a separate toilet and full size bathroom with bath.
Lounge/Dining - The owners have created a wonderful French atmosphere with superb furnishings and décor. Imported artifacts and paintings combine with tasteful furniture to create a fusion of colour to delight the senses.
Kitchen - A superb European kitchen with the latest appliances and a basic stocked pantry provide those extra comforts when eating at home.

Payment Policy: All rates are in Australian Dollars.
3 night min. stay available. Weekly bookings only in the Summer School Holidays and Easter. Booking fee of $25 applies to all bookings.
Payment: Can be made by credit card, or internet/bank transfer. Occupation is only available if the total tariff and security deposit is paid in full and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
Security Deposit: A security deposit of $1000 (minimum) is required before arrival with your credit card until the holiday rental period is completed. The security deposit is refunded to you within 7 working days following an inspection, provided the property is left in the same condition as at the start of the holiday rental and there have been no incidents involving security call outs. Cancellation Policy: A cancellation administration fee of $250 will apply in all circumstances. Bookings are not transferable and not refundable within the 60 days prior to arrival but we will do our best to re-book the property. However, if the period booked by you is fully re-booked and for the same rate, only the cancellation fee will be charged and the balance refunded. Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
