Payment Policy: All Rates in US Dollars. A 50% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm and hold your dates. Deposits can be made by bank wire directly into our bank account (you pay all wire transfer fees). Or you can pay via Western Union which is available in most countries throughout the world. Please keep in mind prices on our website do NOT include a 3.5% processing charge for ALL reservations made. However, there is a 3.5% discount for cash payments or bank wire payments for the initial 50% deposit. The remaining payment must still be in cash at the check-in. 2 PM check-in and 12 PM check-out. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional cost. Please inquire when making your booking if you are interested in these options. Most include maid service at least 1 time per week. Any additional maid service is at an additional expense. Please note if you are checking in or check-out outside of our normal working hours (9 AM to 6 PM) there is an additional fee of u$s 25 that must be paid. This fee does NOT go to our firm. It goes to the person making the outside of normal hours check-in/out. Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation made with 16 or more days notice before your scheduled arrival date will be charged 3 nights rent. Any cancellation made with 10-15 days notice will be charged 4 nights rent. Any cancellation made less than 9 days notice before your arrival date will have their entire deposit forfeited. Any bookings made for 3 weeks or longer that cancel will have a cancellation fee equal to the weekly rate on the property. (Please keep in mind we don't waive this cancellation policy for emergencies nor weather related airline cancellations or health problems). All cancellations for whatever reason will be subject to the cancellation policy). Rules: Rates are subject to change without notice.A passport or national ID must be presented at the check-in. The use of the property by more than the capacity limits of the property will result in the immediate termination of the rental agreement. Upon arrival, our staff will meet you at your apartment with your keys and orient you with the apartment. Your remaining balance will be due and must be IN CASH (we don’t accept checks, traveler checks nor credit cards) at check in. We will also collect a security deposit in the amount of U$S 800 -$3,000 (depending on the property) that will be returned to you at the check-out, provided that everything is in the same condition as when you arrived. If anything is damaged or missing, you agree to pay the cost to repair or replace it. If the cost is more than the security deposit, you agree to cover the remaining balance due. Security deposits may also be paid with paypal.com. Any security deposits that are made with paypal.com, please email our staff at the end of the stay to request the refund of the security deposit. Emailing us after your stay will help ensure a very fast refund of the security deposit. Client agrees to pay for any damage to the property or missing items. Please keep in mind it can take up to 3 business days to get your security deposit back if paying with paypal.com.
