Charming One Bedroom Apartment in Buenos Aires- private garden! This charming one-bedroom apartment in the heart of Recoleta is an excellent choice for your stay in Buenos Aires. Located on one of the city's most elegant avenues, the apartment faces the back of the building and thus is extremely quiet. The space is both comfortable and modern, featuring marble-accented bathrooms, a fully outfitted kitchen and a large sofa area perfect for relaxing. The bedroom is an en-suite and includes a small external patio and a washing machine, and the living and dining area is quite large.

The truly special element is a private garden patio adjacent to the living room, where high walls and ambient lighting create an excellent space for dining or cocktails. When you do head out to see the city, you'll find that the location is very central, near to numerous shops and restaurants as well as the famed Recoleta Cemetery. Recoleta is adjacent to several neighborhoods including Palermo and Plaza San Martin, both of which are a short taxi ride away.

European style air conditioning units. One in the bedroom and a large one in the living area. Quiet and very efficient!

Linens: High thread count sheets, huge white towels, silk duvet, special comfort mattress. Lots of extras!

Queen Bed: Exceptionally high quality bedding- silk duvet, high thread count sheets, special comfort mattress.

Sofa Beds in Living Room: Phenomenally comfortable beds in the living room. These beds were built for comfort! I have slept on them many times and they are Great!

Cable TV: flat screen TV- lots of channels: All the connectors that enable you to connect your computer to the TV to allow you to watch movies from your computer on the TV. TV is brand new 32 flat screen with high definition cable.

Ipod Dock: iPod dock. We don't supply the iPod but we do supply a place for you to dock yours!

Full Kitchen: Gas oven with four gas burners on stove top. French press coffee maker, electric drip coffee maker, cappuccino machine, electric juicer, wide slice toaster, kettle, cork screw, scissors….what more can we say?

Cooking Utensils: Wedgewood china, top quality stainless steel pots and pans, loads of glasses of all kinds, top quality stainless cutlery, linen napkins, steak knives, water glasses, wine glasses, champagne flutes, serving platters and dishes galore.

Garden: The most unique, the rarest part of this apartment is the huge patio. It is unheard of in Recoleta to have a huge, walled, private garden. It is true inside-outside living as the apartment seamlessly moves from inside to out.

We will supply complimentary maid service twice weekly! This is your vacation so y shouldn't need to worry about cleaning! Spacious, relaxed, luxurious and clean. Totally renovated with porcelain tile floors, granite kitchen counters, marble bathroom. The apartment is at the back of the building, making it extremely quiet. All you hear are the birds even though you are in the center of the city!

Apartment Location: As one of my Argentine associates said to me, if you were putting a pin on a map of Buenos Aires, targeting the very best location, it would be my apartment. It is quiet, yet close to absolutely everything. You will walk the city from this location. The neighborhood is thriving and alive with more restaurants and shops than you can possibly want, but safe and secure.

The private walled garden is beyond special. Imagine sitting outside with your coffee and book in the morning and toasting with a fine malbec in the evening. It is almost impossible to find an apartment in this location with a private garden. A gift!
