Loon Lake Lodge in Rusk County My Loon Lake Lodge is located on 328 acres of private wilderness in Rusk County, Wisconsin. The property includes 2 private lakes, over 5 miles of private trails, beautiful woods and wetlands. Wildflowers and wildlife abound. Deer, wild turkey, hawks, eagles, grouse, pheasant, loons, otters, hummingbirds, and songbirds of all kinds can often be watched from the lodge porch as well as on the trails. The property includes use of a canoe and kayaks on the lake. Hiking or cross country skiing on the trails is beautiful in all seasons. The Lodge The Lodge is a spacious, 3-level, private log home, located on a completely private lake. It has 3 private bedrooms (pillowtop queen beds in each of the bedrooms), three bathrooms with 2 double showers and 2 european style tub baths, a wood burning masonry fireplace, a professional kitchen, laundry, a spacious wrap-around screened porch, cosey furniture with down quilts, a VHS and DVD player, central stereo, and many other luxuries. With 2 people in each bedroom and utilizing the 2 sleeper sofas and porch futons, it sleeps a maximum of 14 in beds. The lodge has both in-floor and forced air heating, numerous ceiling fans, and central airconditioning in the summer. The Lodge is located with spectacular views of the lake, the sunset, and wildlife. Rental includes bedding, a kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare and serve meals, firewood, use of miles of trails, and use of the canoe and lake kayaks.

The Bunkhouse The garage next to the Lodge is a large, heated structure with a finished upper level Bunkhouse, heating, ceiling fans, and airconditioning, bathroom and shower facilities. The bunkhouse space can be rented along with the Lodge. It is a perfect place for group activities or projects, and can sleep 20 (bunk-house style) with provided mattresses.

Location- The Property is located in Bruce, Wisconsin - the entryway to the Blue Hills, across the street from the Chippewa River, in the heart of the Blue Diamond Vacation Area.
