A small dog will be considered with additional cleaning fee.
Garbage pick-up is on Monday morning. Please place garbage can by the curb.
Due to bears and other wild animals, all trash should be placed in garbage can with the lid tightly secured.

Parking is permitted in the designated spaces.
Street parking is not permitted. Your car will be towed.
No House Parties
On Departure: All furniture should be in the same place as it was on arrival.
The kitchen should be clean, dishes washed, and refrigerator wiped down.
The thermostat should be turned to 55 degrees during winter months. Air-conditioning should be set to 78 degrees.
All trash should be bagged and disposed of in garbage can. Check under beds and furniture for all personal belongings. Please close all blinds and curtains. Lock all windows and doors.
Leave keys on kitchen table.
