Rates are in US Dollars.

Rates do not include sales taxes of 11.675%, $15 per night indoor parking during ski season and $125 cleaning fee.

Other cleaning/maid services available upon request at an additional fee.

A refundable security deposit of $500 is required at the time of booking.

Please email or call to confirm availability and book your vacation. We will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.

Once rates and dates have been agreed to, we will email you a rental agreement. Payment of the security deposit and fifty percent (50%) of the total rent is required to confirm and hold the booking. The remaining fifty percent (50%) of the rental fees are due 45 days before your arrival. Cancellation Policy: No cancellation shall be effective until confirmed in writing by notice from Owner to the Guest. The Guest may cancel this Agreement by giving at least 45 days' advance written notice to the Owner; a sum equal to one night's lodging shall be retained by the Owner as the cancellation fee, and the balance of the advance deposit shall be refunded to the Guest. If the cancellation occurs fewer than 45 days before the Check In Date, all advance payment shall be retained by the Owner. If, however, the Owner re-rents the Lodging for all or part of the rental period, the Owner will refund to the Guest the balance of the prepayments made for the time actually rented by another party. Even if re-rented, however, a sum equal to one night's lodging shall be retained by the Owner as the cancellation fee. Notwithstanding the in-written cancellation policy above, nonpayment by Guest of any balance due by Date Balance Due may be treated by Owner as a cancellation by Guest, at Owner's sole discretion.In addition, should any misrepresentation relating to information provided herein by the Guest come to Owner's attention prior to Check-In Date, Owner may terminate this Agreement and treat the event as a cancellation by Guest, at Owner's sole discretion. Please note we are unable to refund any money due to conditions beyond our control such as, but not limited to, weather-related conditions, guests' personal injuries/illnesses or travel complications. We strongly suggest trip insurance. Rules: Under no circumstances are pets or smoking permitted in the condo. If there is evidence of smoking or pets, an ionization charge and/or extra cleaning fees along with any lost rental revenue will be deducted from guests' security deposit.

Check-in time is 4:00 pm.

Check-out time is 10:00 am. If guest remain after 10:00 am, late stay charges will apply and be deducted from security deposit (unless prior written authority from the owners has been received).
