Village Point Townhouse

This spacious, 3-level townhome sleeps 8-10 very comfortably and privately. This unit boasts new hardwood floors on the main living level and new carpeting throughout the upper and lower bedroom levels. The master suite, located on the top floor, contains a king bed and a private bath.

The main level consists of the living room with a flat panel TV, kitchen, dining room, and a large deck equipped with a 6-person hot tub. This level also has a den, with a queen sofa sleeper. The lower level has 3 bedrooms, two with queen beds, and the other with 2 twin beds. All beds have very cozy down comforters between the quilts. This level also contains the laundry facilities.

This townhome comes with a 1-car garage, outfitted with multiple ski storage racks. The attractive, modern kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cooking utensils and dinnerware.

The Village Point Townhomes are located on Broken Lance Drive, near the south end of town. They are located close to the Peak 9 Base, only a 7 minute walk to the Quicksilver Super Six Chairlift. The free shuttle bus stops at the nearest corner, only a half block away.
