Songbird Cabin in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina Songbird Cabin is located just outside of Boone in the North Carolina Mountains. If you've longed for a real mountain experience, we have just what you are looking for. Songbird is a 2-bedroom, 1-bath cabin with a large front porch to take in the panoramic views and listen to the birds, a great stone fireplace for cozy evenings, a recreation room with a pool table for family fun, comfortable bedrooms with all linens furnished for a great night's sleep, and a well-equipped kitchen and laundry area to provide all the comforts of home. In addition, Songbird Cabin is conveniently located close to many High Country attractions such as Grandfather Mountain and Tweetsie Railroad. Boone is home of Appalachian State University and they offer many great events for your entertainment. Also coming up soon will be the Cove Creek Music Fest with lots of great Bluegrass music. Payment Policy: All rates in US Dollars.
$75 cleaning fee.
A $50 damage deposit will be required up front. It will be refunded in full if there are no damages.
Pets allowed with prior approval and pet fee of $25. Guests with unauthorized pets will be required to pay a $100 fee. Sales and occupancy tax of 11.75% will be charged on all rentals. Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 60 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $ $25. For cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival and more than 14 days prior to arrival there is a fee of $150 OR 1 nights rent OR the entire deposit of 1/2 of the rental. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival unless proof of an emergency is given. Rules: No Smoking inside the cabin.
