Immaculately kept luxury villa with pool and sea views, short walk from beach Situated on the upper slopes of Binibeca and facing south towards the Mediterranean, uninterrupted views stretch over the coastline and the sea beyond. Extensive terraces offer a choice of areas perfect for relaxation or summer dining. A good size pool with Roman steps overlooks the mature lawned garden which is fenced and gated. The sun loungers have adjustable back-rests and comfy cushions.

Built on two levels, this villa is registered with the tourist board (SUPERIOR category). It is furnished to a high standard and with guests' comfort in mind. A little corner of paradise.

The web site just doesn't do justice to this lovely property.

Whilst looking for villas in Menorca there were so many to choose from but having now stayed at this villa I think we must have chosen the best.

The views from the villa's top terrace are nothing short of spectacular and we sat for hours just reading, sipping wine and enjoying the panoramic vista.

We would thoroughly recommend this villa to families looking for a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

The airconditioning was a blessing and no extra charge unlike some villas.

The outside dining areas are great, the pool is gorgeous and the generous garden sets this property apart from others in Binibeca which tend to be on smaller plots.

We are a family of five with two teenage sons and a 10 year old daughter, and we were pleased that there was plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing.

As a family we all felt relaxed and comfortable and came back wishing we could have stopped longer.

I am looking at booking next year's holiday there as we had such a good time this year.

Local area: The resort area of Binibeca, characterised by private white washed villas and a Spanish style fishing village complex, is perfect for a quieter, relaxing holiday. The fine white sandy gently shelving beach (ideal for families with children) is surrounded by greenery, giving it an unspoilt setting. Sun loungers and pedaloes are available for hire and there is a beach bar set on rocks to the side of the beach for snacks and drinks. There are a number of bars and restaurants around the resort.
