Villa with Pool and Barbecue with Sea Views The Villa Bini Llor is in the urbanization of Binisafua in the popular swimming area known as "Ses Olles," a rocky platforms for swimmers, next to the fishing pier. The house, while still in second line, enjoying fantastic sea views from the terraces, lounge, pool, and the master bedroom. A 5 minutes walk in one direction we find the famous fishing village of Binibeca and 5 minutes in the other direction Binisafua find the beach, a quiet spot with clear waters and white sand.

The house sleeps eight, has three double rooms with two beds and a master bedroom with double bed and access to terrace and pool. There are two bathrooms with bath, living room with fireplace, satellite TV and a full dining room and spacious kitchen equipped with hob, oven, refrigerator and all the small appliances like coffee makers, toaster, juicer and cooking utensils.

From the kitchen and living room leads to covered terrace equipped with garden furniture, tables and chairs, two steps down we found the barbecue and pool sun loungers and chairs. The house has been totally renovated in 2010, and the furniture and appliances have been renovated this year, which is brand new.
