Apartment in the lively Reuterkiez The very quiet and bright apartment (3rd floor) is located in Kreuz-Kölln (Neukölln), Reuterstrasse 51, right on the Reuter place in a quiet courtyard location. In about three minutes you are on the Landwehr Canal/Maybachufer (on Tuesday and Friday there is the famous Turkish Market). 5 or 7 minutes walk to the subway stations Hermann Platz (U7/U8) and Schönleinstraße (U8). The Reuterkiez is one of the most exciting and emerging residential areas in Berlin, just google Reuterkiez . Many shops for daily needs such as Karstadt, Aldi and many cafes, restaurants and bars are within walking distance. In 15 minutes to downtown/Ku'damm by underground and in 5 minutes to the city highway by car.

The apartment is a studio apartment (40 m2) and well suited for two people. It has a large living room and bedroom with kitchen, hallway, bathroom and room. It was renovated in 2010 and fully furnished and has a nice, old wooden floor. It is a non smoking apartment and pets are not allowed.
