Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in US Dollar. A deposit of one half the full rent is due within 3 business days from the day of booking. Full payment is due 7 days prior to arrival. Monthly stays require additonal deposit to be determined with owner. Cleaning fees will be established based on length of stay. Personal checks, money orders, traveler’s checks and Paypal are accepted forms of payment Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 60 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00. For cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival there is a charge to be determined based on length of original reservation. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. All details will be spelled out in a rental agreement provided upon reservation. Rules: Pets will be considered with additional cleaning fee. Garbage pick-up is on Tuesday morning. Please place garbage can by the back alley. Absolutely No Smoking! On Departure: All furniture should be in the same place as it was on arrival. The kitchen should be clean, dishes washed, and refrigerator wiped down. The thermostat should be turned to 55 degrees during winter months. All trash should be bagged and disposed of in garbage can. Check under beds and furniture for all personal belongings. Lock all windows and doors. Leave keys on kitchen table.
