Ref 6017 The Yurt is a very special holiday home, set in a peaceful location by the owner's fishing lake near the village of Beckford, in the Gloucestershire countryside. This unique property is all open plan, with a double bed, roll-top bath with shower attachment, kitchen area, dining area with lake views and a sitting area with gas fire. The WC is in a separate structure just outside the yurt. There is a hand-built veranda, ideal for relaxing, and guests also have use of the owners' field, hot tub and outdoor swimming pool should they wish. There is off road parking for one car, though please note in bad weather, driving along the track across the field to The Yurt may not be possible. Ideal for recharging the batteries in a unique and characterful setting, The Yurt is perfectly placed for enjoying Worcestershire and Gloucestershire, including Cheltenham, Broadway and Evesham.

Underfloor heating, gas fire in sitting area. Combination oven/microwave, 2 ring gas hob, dishwasher, fridge. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Sole use of hot tub next to Yurt. Use of owner's outdoor swimming pool by arrangement. Wooden veranda overlooking fishing lake, with furniture and BBQ. Use of owner's field. Fire pit in wood. Use of rowing boat by arrangement with owner. Bike storage available. Off road parking for 1 car. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub/restaurant 8 mins walk. Note: No TV. Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Fri'.
