Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars.
A deposit of 50% of the Gross lodging is due at the time of booking. If booking is within 60 days of arrival, then the full balance is due at booking. For reservations between December 15 to January 5: all reservations must be paid in full by September 1. Any reservations made after September 1, must be paid in full at time of booking. Please note that receipt of payment constitutes agreement to these conditions of this agreement. Please read the agreement carefully and inform us of any discrepancies or questions that you might have. The final balance will automatically be charged to the card on file 60 days prior to your arrival date.
Winter rate range (November 25-April 15) - $1195 per night to $3700 per night. Cancellation Policy: For reservations between December 15 to January 5: Final payment will be due on or before August 31. Cancellation received, in writing, before August 31 is subject to a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the deposit on file. Cancellation received after September 1 is subject to full forfeiture. For all other reservations: Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date. Cancellation received in writing, prior to this date is subject to a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the deposit on file. Cancellation received less than 60 days prior to arrival date is subject to full forfeiture. Please note: no credit or refund will be issued for early departure, malfunctioning hot tub, audio/electronic components or other in house appliances. Rules: Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
