Ref 10677 Ty Wennol is a lovely, modern house in Beaumaris, Anglesey. It sleeps eight in three bedrooms, two doubles and a family room with 4 single beds, and an en-suite shower room. There is also a family bathroom, and a ground floor cloakroom. On the ground floor there is also a fitted kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with a woodburner. Outside there is a large woodland garden and a large decking area with furniture, as well as off road parking for five cars. Ty Wennol is only a short distance from the amenities and beach of Beaumaris, making it a wonderful place for a family holiday.

Ground source central heating providing underfloor heating on the ground floor and in the bathroom and radiators on the first floor, plus electricity from solar panels and additional heating from woodburner in sitting room. Electric oven, 5-ring LPG hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, TV with Sky, DVD, CD/radio, selection of DVDs, WiFi. All fuel, power and wood for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate by arrangement. Off road parking for 5 cars. Storage for mountain bikes, water craft and wetsuits. Wild garden with woodland, lawn, fruit trees, water features, decking, furniture and BBQ. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pubs, restaurants and shops 1.5 miles. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Fri'.
