This studio with sleeping space for 4 persons overlooks the sea and has a total area of approx. 25m². All studios have the following layout: a living room furnished with a sofa bed (for 2 persons) and a double bed; or a living room with a sofa bed (for 2 persons) and a "cabine" furnished with a bunk bed. There is also a fully-equipped kitchenette with vitroceramic hotplates, microwave and dishwasher. This studio has a bathroom with shower (or bathtub) and toilet. Bed linen is included in the rental price, but for an additional fee you can rent extra services (must be paid locally).

The Residence is just 2km from the center of Batz-sur-Mer and 1.5 km from Le Croisic TGV station, in a private wooded park of 2 hectares.
The four buildings that make up the residence are situated on a sandy stretch of the beach, south-facing, at the foot of the coastal path. The residence comprises 62 apartments and offers a wide range of types (some are duplex apartments) from a studio apartment for 2 persons to a 3-room apartment for 7/8 persons, all of which are fully-equipped with kitchenette (vitroceramic hotplates, microwave and dishwasher), bathroom (with shower or bathtub), toilet and television (for a fee).
