Payment Policy: Rates are per-person based on maximum capacity of 4 persons per villa. For example, Summer Last Minute Special 2011 rate is $150 per night, OR $950 per week total accommodation cost. Payment by bank/wire transfer (US$/CDN$/GBP£) or PayPal (CDN$ PayPal). •A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance, together with a $200 USD refundable security deposit, is payable 8 weeks before your arrival. Should your booking be made within 8 weeks of your holiday then the full amount is due at the time of booking, including the refundable security deposit. The security deposit is refunded in full within 10 days providing the property is left as you found it and if there are no damages to property, appliances or furnishings. If the property is deemed to require extra cleaning after your visit (over and above the norm) in order to prepare it for the following guests, then the extra cleaning will be charged at an hourly rate. Cancellation Policy: Security Deposit is refunded in full for any cancellations. We suggest you purchase travel insurance, all other payments are non-refundable. Rules: MoonFish Beach Houses are inappropriate for children under the age of 8. Guests are booked at a maximum 4 people per house, additional guests are not permitted on the property. A full rental agreement will be provided at time of booking.
