Currently there are 8 rooms plus the possibility of adding 4 extra beds, which allows the house to accommodate 20 persons in comfort. All rooms have a [central] heating system and are equipped with a private bath, TV and mini-bar.
The game room is equipped with a snooker table and table football plus a variety of traditional games. The dining room and kitchen are also totally furnished and equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, two fridges and a microwave, as well as all the necessary kitchen utensils to serve up to 20 people. The dining room also has a fireplace and piano to animate the evenings throughout the year - a perfect place for dining and socializing!

This is an original farmhouse that has been renovated. It is situated in a historic village in the heart of the „Minho‿ region of Portugal and occupies a superb location near the beach, the equestrian center (only a few minutes away on foot), „Estela‿ golf course and the "Casino da póvoa de Varzim". This rural tourist complex is ideal for 16-20 persons and offers possibilities for every kind of group activity. The surrounding garden has an area of 1500 m2 which contains a spacious 50 m2 terrace where guests can relax and enjoy a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. The garden also contains a barbecue, garden furniture, parking place and swimming pool. You can have fun at night with a swim in the pool and make as much noise as you wish!
