Beautiful detached house with a shared pool 500 meters from Arenys de Mar beach. Located in a residential area on top of a hill, this beautiful home with private garden has four bed rooms with room for eight guests all together, two bathrooms, a guest toilet, three terraces, two of them with fabulous views over the Mediterranean Sea, a lovely backyard with fruit trees, and a patio at the entrance inviting you to enjoy your meals outside. The accommodation is situated away from the traffic and bustle of the town center, but nevertheless close enough to all the amenities of a city. The access to the enormous beach is a pleasant stroll among trees and nature, a very safe way for children. The shared pool is fully fenced and can only be accessed through a locked door. Arenys is a lovely village 47 kilometers from Barcelona with a large marina and a long seafaring tradition.
