70-sqm-Apartment with panoramic view This one bedroom apartment is on the second level of the house (not too many steps,10-15 to reach), located in a renovated part of an 700 year-old building.

There is a sunny terrace overlooking the neighboring vineyards and lush vegetation of the surrounding ginistra covered mountains. The terrace of ca. 40 sq.m is well equipped with patio furniture for outdoor dining and lounging with a unique panorama on the Gulf of Naples, Vesuvio, Capri, Sorrent ecc.

There are double glass doors leading into an open plan living room. A modern kitchen occupies one wall and a low partition divides a very comfortable living area with couches, TV and a dining table for six.

A hallway leading into the bedroom also opens to a bathroom tiled in black and white. The bedroom is spacious with a double bed (and two additional beds on request), small couch for reading and double doors that open to the outside patio.

The vacation rental is very tastefully furnished with new and modern furniture in the mediterranean style and it is equipped with sat-tv, radio, internet connection, hairdryer (on request) and washing mashine.
