Only minutes to downtown Bar Harbor and scenic Eagle Lake. And just outside your door – breathtaking Acadia National Park. The cottage is and the environment is mostly quiet , private and natural located on a private road with no through traffic. Of course the high light is taking in, each evening, the sunset view from the privacy of your deck! Within walking distance; the Island Explorer shuttle route. We're also pet friendly. Note: The cottage is located on a sloping back yard from the deck which allows for access to the fire pit, blueberry picking,exploring. Access a trail head into the Park a short walk from your door. Cottage sleeps 6. Each bedroom has 1 double/standard bed and the loft has two double bed/ standard mattresses and box spring. Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars. $300/ week deposit + $50 refundable security deposit (for breakage/ excess cleaning ). Owners must receive total $350 to confirm and hold reservation. Please send deposit money within 7 days. Typically the refundable $50 security is refunded back to guest 7 days after their departure. Remaining weekly balance due 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date. NOTE: Pets are welcome and require additional $50 to cost of weekly rate. This extra pet fee applies to all pets. Cancellation Policy: $300 refunded in full on all confirmed reservations if canceled greater than 30 days of scheduled arrival($50 security fee is not refunded). For reservations canceled 30 days or less to date of scheduled arrival ,deposit and fee are nonrefundable. WE ARE USER FRIENDLY!
