Luxurious Apartment Above Phuket's Finest Beach Layan Gardens is one of Phukets premium developments with 40 luxury apartments in five buildings on six acres. It is located on the hillside overlooking the Andaman Sea and above Laguna Phuket, Asia's finest destination resort. This apartment has a spacious (212 square meters) open feeling with three meter ceilings and beautiful garden views. The open architecture provides an inviting living area including: a fully equipped kitchen, a TV den area, a dining area that seats 8, and a huge living area with slide away windows that open onto a large covered deck (64 square meters) overlooking the manicured gardens. The apartment is fully equipped with wireless broadband internet, western style kitchen, air conditioning and fans throughout. The property has a daytime staffed office with daily maid service available.
The beautifully landscaped grounds have three swimming pools including a large 40 meter pool, and two smaller pools appropriate for children and small gatherings. The pool area has an outside bar perfect for small parties with two barbecue and dining salas. Below the pool is a Blue Canyon Golf Club designed and maintained putting green with chipping and bunker facilities. There is also a tennis court with a sala covered sitting area. Life doesn't get much better than this!
Layan Gardens is located just outside the little village of Choeng Thale which surrounds the Laguna Resort Complex.
