Four Fantastic Lakefront Properties ***BANCROFT ROCKHOUND GEMBOREE WEEK JULY 23RD-30TH STILL AVAILABLE IN 3 COTTAGES*** We have a family owned business with over 30 yrs of rentals. We rent 3 seasonal cottages and 1 (4) season cottage on a large private property.
1 (3) bedroom, and (2) bedroom cottages on 1 property. All cottages include fully equipped kitchens w/small and large appliances, full bathroom w/shower, satellite TV, private deck and dock with propane BBQ and rowboat. A paddle boat is included for all 3 cottages to share. Life jackets or PFD's are available upon request. We are situated on a non-polluted lake, with a beautiful sandy bottom for swimming. Fishing is permitted. A fire pit is shared among cottages. Come and relax on our beautiful docks and enjoy unwinding on our quiet lake while watching the sun sets.

Smoking is not permitted in cottages, outside only, and buts must be picked up off grounds and discarded.
1 dog or cat per cottage is allowed, owner is responsible for pet clean up.
Camp fire are permitted in specified locations only, and renters must stay till fire is out.
