This 1st floor holiday apartment has an area of approximately 55m² and can accommodate 4 to 5 persons. The dining / living room has a sofa and a table and chairs. The kitchen includes a 4-burner stove, oven, refrigerator and Italian coffeemaker (moka). There are two bedrooms, one furnished with a double bed the other with a bunk bed. Upon request a third bed can be added (please specify under "extra services" at the time of booking). The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet and hairdryer. Guests of this apartment have their own spot in the garden, complete with outdoor furniture. All apartments are simply but comfortably furnished and have central heating and a TV.

This holiday house is part of an authentic “agriturismo‿ (country estate/farm) located in the village of Balsorano, in the Italian region of Abruzzo. The home has two apartments and is situated in a forest of about 5 acres surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. This rural house was recently restored, yet has not lost any of its original character. It lies peacefully at an altitude of about 400 meters. Facilities of the house include garden furniture and umbrellas, a common barbecue, ping-pong table and playground. The owner produces three types of organic extra virgin olive oil, 2 of which are listed in the famous guide of Slow Food Editore "Guida agli extravergini 2010.
