This country house is ideal for small groups or families who would like to spend their holidays together. The house can accommodate 8 to 10 persons and consists of two apartments.
One apartment is located on the ground floor the other is on the first floor. Both apartments have an area of about 55m² and are suitable for 4 to 5 persons each. The dining / living rooms are each equipped with a sofa and a table with chairs. The kitchens each contain a 4-burner stove, oven, refrigerator and Italian coffeemaker (mocha). Each house has two bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the other has two single beds (or 1 bunk bed). Upon request, a third bed can be added (if available; this should be indicated as an extra service). The bathrooms each have a shower, toilet and bidet. All apartments are simply but comfortably furnished and have central heating and a TV.

This holiday house is part of an authentic “agriturismo‿ (country estate/farm) located in the village of Balsorano, in the Italian region of Abruzzo. The home has two apartments and is situated in a forest of about 5 acres surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. This rural house was recently restored, yet has not lost any of its original character. It lies peacefully at an altitude of about 400 meters. Facilities of the house include garden furniture and umbrellas, a common barbecue, ping-pong table and a playground. The owner produces three types of organic extra virgin olive oil, 2 of which are listed in the famous guide of Slow Food Editore "Guida agli extravergini 2010.
