Capercurry Cottage Ref 4668 Cappacurry Cottage is a stone-built, detached cottage, which is situated in the townland of Cappacurry, close to the market town of Ballinrobe, County Mayo. This cottage sleeps four people and has two double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite shower room, as well as a ground floor family bathroom. The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area and woodburner, a utility room and a sitting room. To the outside of this cottage there is off road parking for four cars, a lawned garden to the front with a bench and a side patio with furniture. Cappacurry Cottage is a perfect holiday home for couples or a small family who wish to explore this part of Ireland.

Full oil central heating, with additional heating from woodburner in kitchen. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, flat screen TV with DVD, CD/radio. Library of books. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent (€25 supplement payable direct to owner October - March inclusive). Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 4 cars. Lawned garden to front of property with bench, side patio with furniture. Two well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: Property is located just off a main road and may be subject to some traffic noise. Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Sat'.
