Recently Modernised Spacious Studio Apartment A recently modernized very spacious studio apartment suitable for a couple, two friends or a couple with a child. It contains sleeping for a couple (double bed) plus a second single suitable for adult or child. This is one of 4 apartments within our converted home. Each apartment has a unique character and has been well equipped with the comfort of our guests in mind. The Studio apartment has been converted from the original workrooms of the vigneron (winemaker) and therefore retains a constant temperature regardless of the outside temperature (a cool sanctuary from the sun). Although modern in appearance, this apartment still has the original wood beams (half trees really!) from the construction of the original workrooms of the vigneron.

20mins drive from the sandy beaches of the med and 30mins from stunning mountains scenery. Mediterranean beaches to suit all tastes (from 15km) ranging from quiet and secluded without facilities to busy ports with bars and restaurants. Central Beziers (10km) contains markets (including antiques), a tree lined center with bars and restaurants, a cathedral, theater and art galleries, and an excellent range of shops! Bénodet is one of the most fashionable seaside resorts in Brittany . The town is home to a casino, a thalassotherapy, cinema, a marina , hotels and a few beaches. As with many coastal towns in Brittany , there are many second homes in the town, the population increasing sixfold over the summertime. Bénodet is also home to menhirs and a church named after Brigid of Kildare, a 5th century Irish saint; which was built at the end of the 11th century and classed as a historic monument in 1916. The town is home to the Tri Martolod brewery.
