GENERAL PROPERTY INFORMATIONS Short walk to shops and beach Position: Some 500 metres from the centre of Bénodet wth its shops, bars and restaurants and slightly further to the harbour and beach. Supermarket just outside the town centre.  Many other superb sandy beaches on either side of Bénodet and boat trips up the beautiful Odet estuary to the cathedral city of Quimper and out to sea to the Iles de Glénan. Pleasant secluded garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Adjoins the owners self contained cottage behind with its own garden and separate entrance.
