Set slightly back from the principal Nissi Avenue that snakes through Ayia Napa, there are numerous supermarkets, bars, restaurants & gift shops within minutes. The tourist bus services patrol back & forth along Nissi Avenue every 20 minutes, meaning that a hire car is not necessary when staying at Nissi Beach 2. This tourist bus service will take you as far as Water world Waterpark to the west, & in an easterly direction takes you along the coastline to Protaras, Pernera, & eventually to the picturesque local town of Paralimni, where the bus turns round & travels all the way back Ocean View, Satellite TV, Designer Furnishings, Near Water Park, Community Swimming Pool, Washing Machine Only, Shower, Terrace, Garden View, Balcony, Public Transportation Available, Near Beach, Parking Available, Beach, Air Conditioning, Car Not Necessary, Near Amusement Park

Payment Policy:
Rates are in British Pounds.
The refundable damage deposit of £300 is to cover those events laid out in these Terms and Conditions.
This amount will be payable on arrival and will be returned to you provided the Villa and it’s contents have not been damaged in any way.
It is the guest’s responsibility to contact the Agent if they notice any damage to the Villa on arrival.
The non-refundable deposit of 30% of the full rental cost is required in order to secure your booking.
We request that you send the deposit via BANK TRANSFER, the swift information and Bank details will be with the quote we send you. The final balance must be paid eight weeks prior to your holiday. Cancellation Policy:
To cancel your holiday, you must submit in writing either by email or by post. If you do cancel you will have to pay a cancellation fee. The full deposit is non-refundable. 8 weeks before departure Deposit + 10% 6 weeks before departure Deposit + 20% 4 weeks before departure Deposit + 50% 2 weeks before departure Deposit + 80% 1 week before departure No Refund

We shall not be liable for any loss, breach or delay due to any cause beyond our reasonable control including though not limited to an act of God, explosion, flood, tempest, fire or accident, war or threat of war, civil disturbance, acts, restrictions, regulations, bye-laws, or measures of any kind on the part of any governmental or local authority, strikes, lock-outs, or any other industrial actions or disputes or adverse weather conditions.
