Brand New 3-bedroom Villa with Communal Pool and Nissi Beach Black & White Lily Villa is furnished with dark and bright colors to create a unique atmosphere of style and comfort. It has 5 air condition units and a central heating facility, which is ideal for winter holiday. First floor is build in as one big room with artificial creation of separate areas, this is done to allow you enjoy space without walls and any limitations.
Our villa is equipped with all possible electric units you may need including TV, DVD Player, Satellite, Internet and fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Second floor will surprise you with different color designs, which gives you extra choice of your holiday accommodation.
Each Master bedroom has a king size bed, wardrobe, cupboard with big wall mirror and provided 2 sets of linen, 2 bath towels and a blanket. Third bedroom is designed in a very energetic way with blue and pink colors. It has 2 single beds, cupboard, mirror, small bedside table and provided 2 sets of linen, 2 bath towels and 2 blankets. 1. There is an electricity charge as per kWh consumed multiplied by current rates.
2. USB internet for 2 euros per day.
3. Refundable deposit from minor damages 350 euros (will be returned upon departure), if damage exceeds the deposit the client will be held liable as per contract of lease.
4. Central heating charge will be clarified upon request.
5. You can pay by direct bank transfer or with credit card using PayPal. Cancellation Policy:
Please note that for Long-Term NOTICE rent a 30% nonrefundable deposit is required upon the confirmation of your booking and the full amount is payable 8 weeks before your holiday date. In case of cancellation the following fees apply:
8 weeks or more prior to arrival date - 30% of rental costs.
6 weeks or less prior to arrival date - 60% of full rental cost.
4 weeks or less prior to arrival date -80% of full rental cost.
Less than 4 weeks prior to arrival date - 100% of full rental cost.
The Last Deal rent payment/ cancellation arrangements are adjusted to the inquiry. Rules: Rates are subject to change without any prior notice.
