Beautiful 3 Bedroom Villa, Villa Margarita This villa is surrounded by tropical paradise with maximum privacy. It has fantastic panoramic views of the mountains and valley below. The home is located in a gated, private, very exclusive community in the small town of Atenas which is only 35 minutes away from the Juan Santamaria International Airport in San Jose. Thousands of lights across the valley come to light at night. It is located inside a protected forest reserve with luxurious vegetation, offering a powerful mixture of colors.

Wildlife is plentiful with a large variety of hummingbirds that feed daily on the flowers and butterflies abound,you can see them feeding right alongside each other. Toucans stop by on the surrounding trees. You will be awakened in the morning by the many varieties of birds which perch on the trees sorrounding the house/property.The house has been constructed with extensive use of wood, bamboo and a large amount of natural stone throughout.

It is divided into four separate structures: Bali Indonesia style. 1) The main structure houses a formal living room, a large family room, which opens up to a large roofed terrace, sunken dining room in the same main structure alongside a very large modern kitchen with all appliances and all the necessary kitchen amenities in case you desire to cook an excellent dinner for your party It has a breakfast/meals island with a cook top at the very end. As you walk out of the main structure thru a roofed walkway there is a sunroom/study or just-relaxing room with a three tier fountain on a wall with many windows and a great view.

The pool sits in the very middle of the four structures. Natural stone-paved patio surrounds the pool. There is a patio set in front of the pool. This is a great area for use of the gas grill and to enjoy some meals outdoors. 2) The second structure houses the large master bedroom. It has a water wall right in front of the queen size bed, a sitting area, a jacuzzi and a large terrace.3) The third structure houses two bedrooms each with its private full bath. Theres is a terrace which can be accesed from both bedrooms thru their sliding doors. 4) The fourth structure is a huge BBQ area with a large brick grill if you prefer wood BBQ'ing. The large island in this BBQ area adds enjoyment for enjoying your meal. This area has an amazing view.

You will enjoy visiting the town of Atenas which is known for its friendly and helpful people. Visit the outdoor market (every Friday from 8am to 1pm) which offers local fruits, vegetables, uncooked fresh seafood/chicken for you to cook at home. There is also a local vendor there who deep fries "chicharrones" (delicious fried out pork). You can also dine in one of the various restaurants to taste the local food specialties or sit at the different cafes to have an evening coffee. Or just sit in the peaceful Central Plaza and enjoy the great evening weather. In addition, Atenas has been ranked by the National Geographic Magazine as having one of the best climates in the world!
