Payment Policy: All rates are in CRC.
Visa, Master Card, PayPal accepted. To reserve cottage, 1/2 rent payable in advance. $100 security deposit, Free cell phone use with $100 deposit. Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 120 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $80 OR 2 nights rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 120 days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is advised. Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
Ants are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean and free of crumbs. Dispose of all trash appropriately, by regularly bringing it down to Magda's trash bins. Smoking is not permitted in the cottage. Smoking is permitted on the front porch or in the yard. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. Cell phone calls are free within Costa Rica. Receiving calls from outside Costa Rica is free as well. To make international calls, ask Magda to use her phone and pay her, or buy an international calling card in town at the main local bus station. All furniture should be in the same place as it was on arrival. The kitchen should be clean, dishes washed, and refrigerator wiped down. All trash should be bagged and brought to Magda's trash bins. Check under beds and furniture for all personal belongings. Please close all windows and curtains. Lock both doors, wood and steel. Leave keys with Magda or Roberto .
