The accommodation, which includes a double room, a twin room and a family room with a double and single bed, is spacious and comfortable, and has been furnished with taste and style. The well-equipped kitchen has a dining area and doors out onto the garden, which overlooks the river. This part of the garden has furniture and a BBQ, ideal for dining alfresco, while a further, separate section of the garden banks straight onto the river and offers guests the terrific bonus of private mooring and fishing. A lovely holiday property in a desirable riverside location.

Fuel & power inc. in rent April - September inclusive, £30 supplement applies October - March inclusive. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Enclosed lawned garden with furniture & BBQ. Further garden area by river with own mooring & fishing rights. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles. Pub & restaurant 2 mins walk. Note: Riverside garden area is open to the river, children to be supervised at all times. Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Sat'.
