A deposit of 100 EURO is due within 10 business days from the day of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. The amount will be credited on a bank account that will be transmitted on confirmation of booking. Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation before 15 days from the scheduled arrival,50% of the rate will be returned. No refund after 15 days. Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.

Normally the rent period is for one week. Check in time is normally on Saturday at 14.00 hours. Check out time is on following Saturday at 10,00 hours. If available, different periods can be agreed on demand. Pets are allowed. In winter time a counter is registering the hours of heating. Each hour will be charged at the rate of 1.8 EURO/hour. Electric supply will be charged at 0.4 EURO/Kwh. Bed linen and towels are supplied.
