All prices shown are in euro's and payable by bank transfer.

A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.

A 250 euro returnable breakage deposit is payable on arrival.

Departure clean, linen and bath towels are included in the rental cost. Extra cleaning or linen is charged as extra. Cancellation Policy:

HOLIDAY INSURANCE: Please ensure that you have valid holiday insurance at the time of booking your holiday flights and accommodation.

CANCELLATIONS: Please note that the following cancellation charges will apply; Deposits non-refundable 29 - 56 days before arrival date - 50% of rental refunded. 15 - 28 days before arrival date - 25% of rental refunded. 0 - 14 days before arrival date - 10% of rental refunded. These charges may be reclaimed through your holiday insurance if the reason for cancellation falls within the terms and conditions of your policy.

DISCLAIMER: Please note that the floors throughout the property and terraces are ceramic tiles or marble. Caution should be taken with wet feet or when floors become wet as they will be slippy. Young children should be supervised at all times either inside or out to prevent accidents. (Caution! wet floors, balcony, patio doors, interior glass doors, swimming pool etc).
