Welcome to Appleton's Farmhouse B&B Our 19th Century farmhouse has been renovated to a high standard having made every effort to retain many of the original features, while incorporating modern amenities. We have created a warm, homely atmosphere for your stay. You can soak up the sun, snooze in the shade or enjoy a bottle of wine from our select collection on the terrace. Malcolm and Edward, your hosts, will endeavour to help you make the most of your stay in their home.
Accommodation: Our accommodation is spacious and comfortable with bedrooms suitable for families, we do not accept children under 12 years old. Alarm clock radios, hair dryers and bottled water are just a few of the amenities offered, unfortunately we do not offer wheelchair access but we offer ground floor rooms for people with limited mobility. Please do not hesitate to let us know how we can make your stay more comfortable.
We have feather pillows and duvets so if you are allergic please let us know so we can put synthetic ones onto your bed. We have Electric blankets on all our double beds and electric heaters in all rooms so you will be cosy when you stay with us in the winter months, not to mention our wood burner in the lounge.
