La Biznaga: Fabulous Ocean View Apartment in Arenal D'en Castell La Biznaga is a semi-detached apartment on a single floor, which is part of a group of four semi-detached homes located right at the waterfront in Arenal d´en Castell. The beach of Arenal d´en Castell, in the northern coast of Minorca, is a beautiful shell-shaped cove of almost 1 km long, with crystal clear water and fine sand. It is particularly appropriate for children, thanks to its transparent water and the tranquillity if affords.

The apartment has been fully rebuilt in Spring 2009 and equipped with everything for complete comfort and luxury. A design and decoration theme in blues and whites has been used throughout the home so that it blends in with its environment. The property has 70 sq. m. on the inside and a terrace of 25 sq. m. on the outside, with superb sea views, which is the real star. On the terrace you may take breakfast while listening to the waves, lay down to sunbathe in one of its deck chairs or, if you prefer, you can relax reading a book and watching the sunset over the beach. It is very handy for eating outdoors, well protected from the sun with its sunshade... Life takes place in the open air and always with the turquoise beach as a point of reference!

Inside, the apartment has two double bedrooms (one bedroom with a double bed and the other one, with two single beds). The master bedroom has en-suite bathroom. The lounge-dining room has direct access to the terrace and keeps affording sea views, which can be enjoyed even while cooking. The design of the kitchen, in common with the decoration of the whole property, is tailor-made and has been lacquered in white.

Luxury semi-detached apartment on the beach of Arenal d´en Castell, in Minorca (Balearic Islands, Spain). The property has two bedrooms, two fully equipped bathrooms, a kitchen, a lounge-dining room and a large terrace over the sea, right on the beach of Arenal d´en Castell, with the sailing yachts in front and just 5 metres away from the beach.

As with the rest of the apartment, the lounge has double-height mansard-type ceiling. The original beams have been kept. From the lounge there is a direct access to the terrace through large French doors. A comfortable sofa bed in white leather offers the possibility to have an additional guest. It has a pretty sky blue cover coordinated with the rest of the upholstery. The flooring has been done in Italian porcelain in imitation of white wood. Since the apartment faces the sea, this enables its dwellers to enjoy spectacular views at any time and from any place of the home. All the furniture has been especially designed for this property, in order to fit in with its particular features. It is made of wood and lacquered in white. The home is a composition in white and blue, as a tribute to the turquoise sea which is ever-present in every corner.

The apartment has a large kitchen equipped with all electrical appliances and accessories which may be needed. The kitchen appliances -Balay fridge, Siemens vitroceramic hob, Balay washing machine-, in addition to all the smaller ones (electric mixer, toaster, juice extractor, grater...) have been bought in July 2009 and have a 3-year guarantee.

The master bedroom : Since morning the blue from outdoors comes into the bedroom through the French doors giving access to the terrace. The master bedroom has en-suite bathroom. Beautiful views of the sunset to be enjoyed from the terrace and also without getting up from bed. There are large blackout curtains so that the light does not disturb peaceful rest.

The second bedroom: The second bedroom also has a window and views to the beach. In addition to the shelves, the bedroom has a high tailor-made cabinet to put all necessary things away.
