The Stunning and Luxurious Villa Alicia in Aphrodite Hills - Paphos, Cyprus The stunning and luxurious Villa Alicia has the enviable position of being 5 min walk from the golf clubhouse, village square, retreat spa & gym, tennis academy & 5*Intercontinental Hotel restaurant & bars, kids clubs. Leather furniture in the living area combined with plasma TV. Wi-FI Internet and direct access to the pool area means you will be enjoying a villa where quality is absolute. Dining and living area floors and all the bathrooms are marble. Views are simply incredible, the front of the villa is faces 15 Green and 16 Fairway, and the back, 2 and 12 golf course. The villa also has a large gas BBQ making the terrace the perfect place to enjoy summer sun, sun downers or quiet relaxation in the shade of the terrace covering. New fantastic hot tub and 11.5m by 5.5m infinity edge pool. Two full sets of golf clubs together with bags and one free round with buggy.
Outside there are rattan 3and 2 seater sofas, armchair and coffee table with cushions. There are also a marble table with 6 chairs and another table with 6 chairs. New hot tub and 11.5m by 5,5m infinity edge swimming pool. Large gas BBQ. Full landscaped garden both at the front and rear of the villa.
Fully air-conditioned. There is an additional cost for the high chair and cot this will be agreed at booking depending on specific requirements. This is a strictly non-smoking villa. You have a choice of two private beaches. Firstly there is 'Zias'; a sandy, child friendly beach with: sunbeds, umbrellas, towels, and bar and restaurant facilities. It is 15 minutes drive away or alternatively the Intercontinental Hotel offers an hourly bus service. Secondly 'The Cove' a beautiful pebble beach located directly in front of the resort where you can go to relax and have a swim. There are other beaches at Pissouri Bay and the wonderful Aphrodite rock. Payment Policy:
• All rates in Pound Sterling.
• A deposit of 25% of the price of the property is payable at the time of booking. The balance of your holiday as shown on the Confirmation Receipt must be paid in full at least 8 weeks before arrival date, or where the booking takes place less than 8 weeks prior to arrival the full amount is due immediately, plus standard refundable security deposit.
Cancellation Policy: Changes or cancellations made to the booking must be notified to the Owners in writing by the Customer. We will do our best to assist where possible with any reasonable changes made by the Customer, but they may not be possible. An administrative charge of £10.00 per person for each change shall apply in addition to any costs levied by our supplier as a result of the change of details such charges will be notified to the Customer. Where the Customer has requested a change to the date of holiday less than 8 weeks prior to departure, the holiday booking shall be deemed canceled and the cancellation charges referred to below will apply. Any changes to the number of people in your party must be advised to us as soon as possible.
• For cancellations made more than 56 –90 days prior to departure only the deposit will be retained by the Owners.
• Between 45 – 55 days prior to departure 25% of your holiday cost.
• Between 35 – 44 days prior to your departure 70% of your holiday cost.
• Between 15 – 34 days prior to departure 90% of your holiday cost.
• Between 0 – 14 days prior to departure 100% of your holiday cost is forfeited.
2 • Changes or Cancellations made by the Owners
• Most alterations or changes to confirmed holiday arrangements would be minor, for example small changes in inventory if necessary i.e. due to breakage by previous customers. We will always do our best to advise you of such changes.
• In the unlikely event that circumstances beyond our control necessitate the cancellation of your holiday we shall use our best endeavours to offer you alternative weeks or refer you to other owners of villas in the same area but would not take any responsibility for the new booking between you and the new Owners. Owners shall not be liable for any additional compensation.
