We have just invested in a new kitchen with granite counters. New Whirlpool dishwasher. New stainless sink, stove/oven, refrig/freezer. Mixer and virtually every other item making Kitchen fully stocked. Granite top and porcelain tile in entire bathroom walls and floor. Entire home has tile floors in every room including lanai! Soaking tub. Screened lanai with sliding glass doors for those chilly nights. Rate includes unlimited calling anywhere in USA and Canada, Wi-Fi, Digital cable, 46 plasma TV and flat screen in bedroom. You will love our white powder sand beach just around 30-40 steps away. Enjoy aqua blue green crystal clear water! Walk along the beach just a short way and stop at the great restaurants and live entertainment right on the water. If you like fishing, we have a dock just 40 steps away too. By the way this is not a condo. It is not like most other vacation rentals that require you to climb 1-2 stories. This is a ground level stand alone home. If you like going for walks, there is a marvelous paved trail across our street that goes for about a 1.5 miles or so along the beach. We walk and bike along this trail every day. The trail is covered by weeping pines and is simply breathtaking. Just a quick walk down the road is The Coquina Boardwalk at Leffis key where you will enjoy acres of boardwalks built along the Bay. Spectacular scenery. You will enjoy a wide variety of restaurants all within walking distance including our favorites on the Pier. Last time eating out on the pier we saw 3 dolphins and a Manatee! We provide everything including beach chairs and towels. You need only bring your tooth brushes and flip flops. All windows including Lanai have new Tommy Bahama white blinds. Lanai has new comfortable dining set. My wife does all the interior decorating and she really has a flare for making everything look so bright and beachy. The furniture in this home is top of the line Tommy Bahama style. Unlike other owners who rent from a thousand miles away, and are at risk of bank foreclosure, we live nearby most of the year and own property free and clear of bank mortgage.
