The Oceans of Amelia is an oceanfront condominium complex with assigned parking underneath the building. A short walkway from the building provides access to the wide pristine beach. All of the units feature oceanfront balconies and are fully equipped for a carefree vacation. Each of the units has a private washer and dryer. The onsite rental office is open six days a week and is located next to the complex swimming pool. All of the units can be viewed online at our website www.oceansofamelia.com. No Smoking, Safe Swimming Beach, Community Charcoal Barbecue, No Pets Allowed, Breakfast Bar, Shower, Professionally Decorated, Central Air Conditioning, Balcony, King Bed, Oceanfront, Child Friendly, Private Bathroom, Covered Parking, Ceiling Fans, Queen Sofa Sleeper, Twin Bed, Community Outdoor Pool, Washer/Dryer, Weekly Housekeeping, Beachfront, Near Pier, Beachfront View, Near Marina, Internet Access Jacksonville International Airport is located about 25 minutes from the Oceans of Amelia. From Jacksonville International Airport, take I-95 S to exit 373 (Amelia Island), bear right onto A1A which takes you to Amelia Island. Cross the bridge onto the island and turn right at the second light onto Sadler Road. Continue on Sadler Road to the beach. Go around the roundabout and proceed north on S. Fletcher Avenue through the next traffic light. The Oceans of Amelia will be on your right in about 1/2-mile.

Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in US Dollars. A 50% rent deposit is due within 10 business days from the day of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Personal checks, money orders, traveler’s checks, Visa and MasterCard are accepted forms of payment.

All rates subject to 11% sales tax. Each reservation subject to transaction, non-cash and cleaning fee. Special event and Holiday rates are the same as summer or peak season rates. 3 night minimum. All rates subject to change.
Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival, there is a processing fee of $25 charged. For cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival, you will forfeit 50% of your deposit. Travel insurance is advised.
Rules: A damage deposit of $300 will be returned within 10 business days of departure if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the unit before and after your stay. You will be charged for missing items including linens, keys, parking passes etc. You will be charged for excessive cleaning, dirty dishes, moved furniture, and garbage not disposed of in the proper receptacles. You will be charged for damage done to the unit beyond normal wear and tear. You will be charged for violations to the house rules.
This is a NO SMOKING unit and PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
