Spacious Apartment with Secluded Sunset View Superior: Renovated, spacious, 1 bedroom 1 bathroom and 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartments on ground & first floor. Secluded sunset view over flat top pine trees and gardens. Some apartments vary slightly with pricing depending on the additional extras that have been included. All apartments are beautifully furnished with modern soft furnishings and rustic olive-wood furniture. New kitchens, new bathrooms and shower rooms. Jardins do Golfe is nestled beside the 2nd hole of the Royal Course, a short distance from the main entrance of Vale do Lobo. The Jardins do Golfe complex is set in beautiful, mature and well tended gardens.
The walk to the beach takes less than 15 minutes along a private road, then alongside the Royal Golf Course pathway. It is an easy stroll, suitable for all ages and buggys. Newly opened is Paixa restaurant / wine bar (very popular with the glitterati!) that boasts a fabulous selection of wine displayed in glass wine cellar. In winter there is an open log fire.
It is only a 2 minute walk from the complex to the local supermarket, cash machine and medical centre. A 10 minute walk to the communal pool, post office, newsagent, bank, hair dresser, spa, cafes etc. in Parque Do Golfe. Near Beach, Beach, Satellite TV, Shower Faro (FAO): 19 Km

Payment Policy: For low and mid season rentals securing deposit must be paid on time of booking this is 50% of the total booking cost. For high and peak season rentals the deposit required is 25%. All deposits are non refundable. All rentals - the balance is to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of €200 is payable before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded in full within 14 days after departure if the property has been left in an appropriate condition. The quoted rates includes maid service with weekly change of sheets & towels and complimentary welcome basket including wine and food on arrival. The rental includes preparation of the property also cleaning on departure and heating and/or air conditioning. All bed linen, bath and beach towels (summer season in winter we provide an extra set of bath towels per person) are provided. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation refunds: Up to 8 weeks - loss of deposit 4-8 weeks - 50% of rate refunded 2-4 weeks - 25% of rate refunded Less than 2 weeks - no refund Rules: Rates are subject to change without any prior notice. Sorry but this property is not available for groups of young adults. The property is strickly non smoking.
