Payment Policy: All Rates are in Euros (taxes included).
Reservations:
Your reservations will be confirmed after 30% of the total amount is paid for.
The remaining 70% must be paid for 30 days prior to your arrival.
If the reservation is made less than 30 days before the date of arrival the payment should be made in full upon the time of the booking.
Herdade de Montalvo reserves the right to cancel any reservation if it does not comply to this conditions.
Deposit:
If no damage has been incurred, the full amount of 350 Euros will be returned to occupant at the time of departure.
The deposit can be made in cash or cheque.
Occupants are required to leave all kitchenware clean and organized before they check-out .
If you fail to do so 50 Euros will be taken off the deposit.
House guests:
Will need previous authorization and are not allowed to spend the night. Cancellation Policy: The deposit is refundable as long as the cancellation takes place at least 30 days before arrival.
In no-show situations refund is not possible. Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
