Trullo Santa Lucia with Tennis Court and Swimming Pool Trullo Santa Lucia Recently restored, Trullo Santa Lucia is set on a hill 400 mt high, exactly in the middle between Alberobello and seaside (about 10 km far from both) , 10 km to Castellana Grotte, 25 km from Ostuni, the ‘White City’, and 2 km from Selva di Fasano. The area is famous with tourists for its trulli (the cone-shaped roof of rural houses), art, kitchen, and agricultural heritage, but also for its sandy and rocky beaches, and it is far 60 km from Bari or Brindisi airport.
Trullo Santa Lucia is a single apartment, and belongs to a biggest trulli complex, “Santa Lucia House”, built in 1756, and in formal times was a church serving the rural area around. The internal apartment is 80 mt sq. wide, and it’s made up of a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed on the upper floor, a trullo-bedroom with two single beds, one kitchen with a chimney and dishwasher and one bathroom with shower and washing machine. Outside, there’s a nice internal courtyard with a teak table for 4 -12 people, chairs and umbrella. There’s also a New Zealand gas barbecue.
The property has a swimming pool, 11 mt x 5 mt, and a regular tennis court made up in artificial grass. The area is quite and silent; Santa Lucia House is surrounded by old stone houses and the area is a nice place to go biking. Santa Lucia House was published in 2009 on the volume “Country Chic Living” Congedo Editore. We are sorry, but no animals are accepted. Thank you.

Payment Policy:
Rates are quoted in Euros.
A deposit of one night’s rent is due within 10 business days from the day of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Personal checks, money orders, traveler’s checks and Paypal are accepted forms of payment. Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of € 100.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one night rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised. Rules:

ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED: Rule breakers are subject to losing their damage deposit. No running around the pool. No children under 12 are allowed in the pool without parental supervision.
Please be respectful of our neighbors. No loud parties. No music outside after ten o’clock at night. You will lose the entire damage deposit if police are called and come to property for any disturbance.
All furniture should be in the same place as it was on arrival. The kitchen should be clean, dishes washed, and refrigerator wiped down. The thermostat should be turned to 55 degrees during winter months. Air-conditioning should be set to 78 degrees. All trash should be bagged and disposed of in garbage can. Check under beds and furniture for all personal belongings. Please close all blinds and curtains. Lock all windows and doors. Leave keys on kitchen table.
