Peaceful rural location in 19,000sq m of olive, cherry and almond trees.15 Minutes drive from the historic town of Alberobello, 10 minutes from Castellana Grotte 20 minute from Adriatic Coast and beaches. In easy reach of 2 Ryan air destinations Bari and Brindisi. Come and sample, the sun, cuisine and wonderful wine of Puglia.

So, when you've finished relaxing in the sunshine by the pool, why not visit some of the most spectacular caves in Italy at Castellana Grotte or experience the historic town of Alberobello with its many trulli. Sample the bars and restaurants in both local towns in the evening, where you can enjoy the Italian cuisine and wine, join the locals in promenading (passeggiata) late into the night. We often visit the food and clothes markets in Alberobello, Castellana Grotte and Locorotondo. As Rick Stein says there is nothing we have in the UK that compares to this way of buying fresh local produce.

Payment Policy:
SPECIAL OFFER: MAY & JUNE HOLIDAYS, CONFIRMED IN MARCH AT LOW SEASON PRICES (Ryanair flights cheap too ), the best time to go.
EXCLUSIVITY:( available May, June and September only). If both trulli are available and you would prefer not to share the pool for a supplement of £300 or €360 a week we will not take bookings on the other trullo. (reasonable rent policy still applies)
Deposit: We require a deposit of 25% to secure your booking at the time of your reservation this covers cancellations. The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to your holiday plus £180/€200 per trullo as security against any damages to the property. WE RETURN THE SECUCURITY DEPOSIT 1 WEEK AFTER YOUR HOLIDAY COMPLETION in Puglia.
Full terms and conditions provided on booking. The pool will be open from May to September at least. During low season a charge will be made to cover heating costs, details on request. Also 5% discount for booking both truly for two weeks or more Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
