The 1200 sq ft. area Opens to a 40 ft patio with several seating areas, padded lounge chairs, outdoor dining and couches. You can also escape from the sunrays under a 25 ft palapa. Living area has 2 couches and a lounge chair. The entertainment center includes a flat screen 40 inch TV/DVD/stereo. There is a library of 12 dozen DVD’s, CD’s, library , games, puzzles, cards, binoculars, information on all the local activities and even Spanish dictionaries!. You’ll be in awe with the ocean and village views day and night. The separate dining area, a step up, has a round Mexican glass carved table top and overlooks the village lights at night. The unit is very open and spacious with open stairways and balconies. MAY NOT be suitable for walking toddlers/ infants.
