Aubagne. 35 km. Pleasant town surrounded by hills and rocky crags, with nicely renovated old quarters. Birthplace of Marcel Pagnol of “Jean de Florette” fame.
Carry le Rouet. 43 km. Charming seaside resort with lovely beaches, clear waters and picturesque little fishing port. At the foot of pine covered hills, in the heart of the "Côte Bleue". Also ideal for beautiful walks all along the seaside.
Cassis. 47 km. Chic seaside resort at the foot of the tall Cap Canaille cliff, with picturesque fishing port lined with attractive traditional pastel painted buildings and plenty of cafes and restaurants.
La Ciotat. 49 km. Delightful seaside resort with excellent beach, fabulous rocky inlets, old picturesque fishing port and great Mediterranean atmosphere.

As picturesque and Provencal as can be, with narrow winding streets, shady squares, fantastically old fountains, elegant shops, art galleries and plenty of bars and restaurants. The village and surrounding countryside has inspired many artists including Van Gogh who produced more than 150 paintings of the area. Also birthplace of Nostradamus.
The Alpilles. 80 km. One of the absolute "musts" in Provence. With magnificent landscapes, little mountains covered with pine and oak forests and verdant plains, it conveys an image of deepest and most authentic Provence, which has inspired so many artists from writers Alphonse Daudet and Frédéric Mistral to Van Gogh to name just a few.
Avignon. 83 km City of history and city of theatre, the fortified city of Avignon marked by papal history will charm you with its ancient streets, spectacular monuments and museums and impressive number of cafes and restaurants. Its famous bridge still stands over the Rhone river.
Hyères. 100 km. Attractive seaside resort with walled and medieval centre, once the favourite summer resort of celebrities, some of the intellectual elite and the rich. The town and its peninsula have almost 40 km of pristine sand beaches and rocky inlets to offer.
