Payment Policy: All accommodation booking must be secured with a 20% deposit of total accommodation charge. The full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. We accept Money Order, Cheque, Visa Card, Master Card and Cash Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one night rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised Rules: All guests must supply their own beach towels. On site pool closes at 10pm. Noise must be kept to a minimum so as not to disturb other guests in the complex. We can organise all tour bookings for guests and advise suitable tours to undertake dependent upon length of stay
