Ref 3712 This delightful cottage has been beautifully finished to offer a high standard of accommodation. It is decorated in a tasteful but simple way to reflect its rural location. The rooms are all on the ground floor; the country kitchen is well equipped and has a generous dining area with a lovely pine dresser whilst the sitting room is welcoming and cosy with its open fire. There are four bedrooms - one of the doubles has a magnificent four poster bed, exposed stone work and an open fire, and there are en-suite facilities for one of the other double bedrooms. The bathroom is well appointed and has a separate shower, and outside there is a lawn to the front of the property and a decked area with seating, giving visitors the chance to make the most of the stunning views and beautiful scenery.

Full oil central heating with additional heating from open fires in sitting room and one double bedroom. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, colour TV, video player. Oil and electricity charged by meter reading. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Off road parking for 4 cars. Lawned area to front of property, decked area with garden furniture (seats 6) to rear. Sorry, no pets. Shop 10 mins walk, pub 10 mins walk. No Telephone, Parking Available, Twin Bed, No Pets Allowed, Child Friendly, Smoking Allowed, Crib, Washer/Dryer, Double Bed

Payment Policy: All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Rules: Changeover Day: 'Sat'.
